Created a good spooky mood. However, the game is a bit too easy to beat, and the occupant is easy to get away from and avoid, which reduces the scariness level. You spend more time worrying about where the items are than where the occupant is. I think the game is a good start, but can be more successful with some additional wrinkles to increase difficulty.
